Refund & Cancellation Policy

    1. In case of monthly subscription:-: If at any time during the span of your first month of using our service you feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied with our services, kindly contact us. We will try our best to solve your issues however still if you feel you are not satisfied, we will offer you a Full Refund under our refund policy. And your account will be downgraded to the free plan for that service.

    2.Yearly Subscription:-During the first 45 days of your yearly subscription if you are not satisfied please contact us, we will try to address your issue as soon as possible, or else you will be receiving a Full Refund under our Refund policy.

    3. Auto Renewal:-For the sake of your convenience your account will be auto renewed as per your monthly or yearly subscription unless you cancel the service. However, before auto-renewal, you will receive a confirmation mail stating the amount to be deducted from your account.

    4. Cancellation Policy:-if you wish to cancel your account even after renewal you can cancel it within five business days after your renewal date. And you will get your Full Refund.

    We regret that we will not entertain a refund request, full or Pro- rated when we have suspended or terminated you from availing of our services due to a violation of our terms and conditions.
